As far as the book, it is classified as contemporary romance, and I thought it flowed well. It's also a relatively sweet romance, with very little conflict between the two romantic leads, but events unfold where that's definitely tested. As a reader, I was on their side, and I thought that Libby and Adrian had good chemistry together. I also liked the fact that the setting was in Australia, namely various cities on Adrian's tour itinerary which included Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
What I also liked about this book was we get a glimpse into some of the technical aspects of writing since Libby is an established author. That was one of the most fascinating parts of the book, and I thought that incorporation into the storyline gave me a greater insight into what some authors might do as they create their novels.
Overall, I enjoyed What Goes On Tour. I would recommend it to those who enjoy contemporary romance. My rating is 4/5 platypires.
