My Review:
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
3 1/2 Platypires for Contagious Chaos by Emily Goodwin.
I received a free copy from the author for an honest review.
Orissa, Orissa, Orissa! Girl! How I missed you! I seriously think Orissa is one the most badass heroines in literary fiction. She can give Buffy a run for her money and I do not say that lightly. I'm glad to see that in Contagious Chaos she was still kicking butt and taking names.
This book is still very action packed and filled with a lot of zombies. So many touch and go moments that will have you talking back to your book.
My only complaint is that I felt some scenes weren't needed and made the story longer than it had to be. I kept waiting for the big scene at the hospital to happen and it felt like it was never going to take place. Orissa and company kept having so many distractions but I understand. It's the zombie apocalypse, nothing ever goes as planned. Thankfully, Emily Goodwin knows how to write a freaking ending. Oh crap I gotta read the next book.
Even though I liked the other two books more than this one; I would still highly recommend this series.
