My Review
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
3 Platypires for Gods of Anthem by Logan Keys
Oh man. I feel I missed out on a great book by listening to the audio version. I knew after the first few chapters that the audio book wasn't gonna work for me but I heard so many good things that I went ahead with it. I felt lost at times with what was going on. Also I really didn't think that Tommy had a male voice, therefore I kept picturing a female. I doubt that is what the author had in mind.
As for the story, I thought is was too slow paced for me. I do enjoy a good dystopian, zombie book but I felt the story lacked the zombie action that I tend to love so much. Actually, I felt the story was too melodramatic for me. I did like the characters but again at times I got lost due to the narration.
Overall this book was okay. I would recommend others to give it a chance but only in book format.
I received a free audio copy for an honest review.
