Wow. Just, wow. I can't really say that I LIKED this book, but more that it was an excellent book! I was riveted, and feeling the pain of the characters, being a mother myself. The detail of the harvesting for the muti was disturbing and haunting, and completely captivating. This is why I can't exactly say that I LIKED the book haha. Hard to explain! But this was a powerful book, in my opinion, and I am very glad to have had the opportunity to have read it! Unsuspecting readers should be aware that there are possibly triggers.
