About the Book
Review
I think my biggest issue is this book is supposed to be in support of body positivity, in which Will accepts herself. But she's over there saying these awful things about other people - including one girl who is bigger than she is. And don't even get me started on the things she said about her best friend, of which she had issue because Ellen was the ideal body type. That was uncool.
Other than that, I just found the romance aspect of the book to be annoying. I couldn't get into it.
Skipping those things, which happen to be a good portion of the book, I liked the rest of it! Especially the Dolly impersonator contest. That was just great! And Will's relationship with her mom was probably the thing I related to most out of this.
It's a good enough read on it's own, but I'd go into it with a grain of salt if you're planning on reading this one for body positivity.
